Join us for June's 2026 Virtual Cafe:BYOC. At this month's Cafe, SRITC Advisory Board Member Saascha Dueerkop will share insights on transport policy developments in Germany, focusing on Germany’s 9-Euro ticket scheme introduced in 2022, how it has evolved since its launch, and what Scotland can learn as it trials the £2 bus far cap. We'll close the Cafe by providing an update on the Future of Water Transport project that we've recently completed, and our visit to the Royal Highland Show 2026.

Over the last few month's, SRITC's Health Transport Focus Action Group has been working behind the scenes on steps to address the ingrained barriers to accessing healthcare services by public transport services in rural and island areas. 

During the cafe we'll will hear from representitives from the Community Transport Association  and the communities who are part of the group working on practical solutions.
