At this months we return to discuss how improvements to rural and islands transport services can help locals to access healthcare services close to and further away from home. We'll be joined by Stevie Revill, CEO & Co-Founder of UrbanTide who are an Edinburgh based technology service provider, specialising in using Big Data and AI to create a more sustainable world.
During the Cafe, Stevie will share the key insights that have emerged from A DfT funded Rural Transport Accelerator project where UrbanTide worked with rural community groups and the NHS to identify how barriers to data sharing could be removed, enabling better organisation and co-ordination of travel to and from hospital appointments.
As always, there will be plenty of time after the presentations for Q&A and an opportunity to share your experiences and stories of living, working and supporting the travel needs of your community.
Remember BYOC means Bring Your Own Cake so get baking (or buying) so you can share your photos and create “cake envy".
